Important: cleaner fees are separate from our coordination fee. Hosts can pay cleaners directly, or cleaning can be billed as a separate pass-through charge collected before the job is booked. We coordinate and support; we do not own the property, employ your cleaners, guarantee cleaner performance, approve refunds, or make major guest/booking decisions without host authorization.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you call or text my cleaning crew?

Yes, with your permission and the cleaner’s contact information. We can confirm turnover timing, follow up after checkout, and notify you if the cleaner reports a problem.

Do you fully manage the property?

We provide coordination support, not full legal property management. You stay in control of major decisions, pricing, refunds, claims, and vendor relationships unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Can you answer Airbnb guest messages?

Yes, using your approved FAQ, house rules, check-in details, and escalation instructions. Sensitive issues like refunds, cancellations, damage claims, or exceptions should be approved by the host.

Do you work only in Long Beach?

No. We are based in Long Beach, but much of this support can be done remotely for hosts in Los Angeles, Orange County, Southern California, and beyond.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency coverage?

Not by default. Base support is during listed business hours. After-hours, weekend, or 24/7 coverage can be discussed as a custom add-on.
